When will overdue records be deleted?
After checking the overdue record, we will look at when it will be possible to delete my overdue record.
Delete overdue record
Basically, in the case of delinquency on loans and credit cards, if overdue for more than 5 business days, all financial companies share the delinquency record. Therefore, even if it is unavoidably overdue, it is best to repay within 5 days.
Less than 100,000 won: No effect on credit score
More than 100,000 won but less than 300,000 won / Within 30 days of arrears: 1 year until deletion
Over 300,000 won / Over 30 days in arrears: 3 years until deletion
Over 300,000 won / Over 90 days overdue: 5 years until deletion
If the delinquency period is less than 30 people, it is usually called short-term delinquency, and if it is more than 90 days overdue, it is called long-term delinquency. If the overdue record is not deleted in this way, the disadvantages you may receive may include disadvantages in financial transactions due to a decrease in your credit score, credit card limits, and refusal to issue issuance.
There are people who ask if it is possible to get a loan even if there is a record of delinquency, but if the amount is less than 3 million won, even if there is a record of delinquency, it can be used as long as it is possible with the Seoul Guarantee Insurance guarantee, so please refer to the article below.

Deletion of public records
In the case of personal rehabilitation, etc., the public record is registered in the Korea Credit Information Service, and if the court receives a release from the court after full payment of the repayment amount, it will be deleted about two weeks after the release date. If public information has not been deleted even after more than two weeks have passed since the exemption, you can request deletion from the Federation of Banks.
In the case of public records, information that is registered when a decision to initiate personal rehabilitation is received, which is different from default information, but is applied similarly to credit scores and credit transactions during this period. The only difference is that public records can be deleted if they are exempt from personal rehabilitation.
