The lifelong education voucher is a ‘lifelong education voucher’ that allows applicants to freely decide and take courses they want according to their educational level and circumstances.

Voucher support target and support details
Eligibility for support is adults aged 19 or older born before January 1, 2003, among whom are recipients of basic livelihood security, the second-upper class, and household members whose standard median income is less than 65%.
However, for single-person households, the standard median income is 120% or less. Please note that you cannot apply for a voucher if you receive a national scholarship from the Korea Student Aid Foundation within the period of use.
The number of selected people is around 30,000, the support amount is 350,000 won per person, and up to 700,000 won is supported if selected as an excellent user.
Vouchers can be used at institutions across the country that are registered as organizations using lifelong education vouchers, and classes are diverse, including hobbies/culture, foreign languages, and computers.
For your reference, you can check available institutions by region, online/offline institution, business type, and course type through the Lifelong Education Voucher website.

How to apply for the Lifelong Education Voucher
You can apply for lifelong education vouchers online through the website, or you can apply through a mobile phone.

When the application is received, the eligibility requirements are checked, and users are selected and notified by e-mail or in writing. Selected users apply for and receive a card from a financial institution, and select and take courses at the institution using the voucher.

Access the Lifelong Education Voucher website, then click Apply for Voucher.

Proceed to self-authentication
For identity verification, authentication is performed by selecting a joint certificate, i-PIN, or mobile phone.

Enter application information
After checking the target information, enter required and desired information.

Enter the ID and password for membership registration and click Apply to complete the voucher application.

How to issue a card
Selected users can use the voucher only after opening an NH Nonghyup Bank account, applying for the issuance of an NH Nonghyup check card (lifelong education hope card), and receiving it.
There are two ways to apply for a card issuance: visiting a Nonghyup Bank branch by bringing your ID card and selection notice, or applying online at the Nonghyup Card website.
