What is half-price delivery?

If you search, the movement location is displayed by time zone as shown below.
If the final delivery status says ‘Arrived at store’, you can go to the convenience store where you decided to receive it and receive the delivery.

2) Search on the portal site search screen (Daum, Naver, etc.)
If you think it is inconvenient to download and install an app just to make one inquiry, you can search through the portal site you use.
STEP 1> Search for ‘delivery inquiry’ in Daum or Naver search bar.
STEP 2> After searching, select ‘GS25 Convenience Store Delivery’ as the delivery company and enter the ‘waybill number’ in the input box below to search.
Then, you can see the same inquiry screen as the one viewed through the convenience store delivery app, as shown in the picture below.
For those who simply want to check the current location, this method is much simpler and better.
However, in order to receive a package from a convenience store, you must show the QR code. However, if you delete or cannot find the QR code sent through KakaoTalk and cannot find it, you must have the app installed to receive a re-delivery. Therefore, if you want to continue using the convenience store half-price delivery service, please download the application. I think it will be convenient in many ways to receive it!

2. How do I know the tracking number?
You will need the tracking number to check the delivery status of the package you wish to receive.
The waybill number is a multi-digit number located where ‘invoice number’ is written on the waybill/receipt (photo below) that the person sending the package pays for and receives at the convenience store.
** If you are dealing with a used product, you must obtain a photo of the invoice from the seller or ask for the invoice number!

3. How to receive half-price delivery – Pick up at a convenience store
Receiving half-price delivery is simple.
After tracking the delivery, if the final location says ‘Arrived at store.’, you can go straight to the convenience store.
(Normally, a notification is sent via KakaoTalk upon arrival at the store.)
At this time, you must go to the convenience store designated for pickup, enter the recipient’s name, and show the QR code to receive the package.
When the package arrives at the store, the QR code is automatically sent to the recipient’s mobile phone via KakaoTalk.
If you deleted the KakaoTalk notification without thinking or did not receive the notification, you can resend the QR code.

4. How to receive a QR code resend
You must first install the GS postbox application (GS25 convenience store delivery app) described in the delivery tracking section above.
STEP 1> Access the app and select ‘QR Resend’ from the three menus at the top.

STEP 2> Select ‘Recipient’ on the arrival QR code resend screen.
** QR code resending is only possible after the package arrives at the store.

STEP 3> Enter the recipient’s name, mobile phone number, designated convenience store name, and invoice number.
You must verify your identity with your mobile phone, and the name of the destination convenience store where you were supposed to receive it must match in order to track and resend it.
Additionally, items that have been delivered to the customer cannot be viewed or re-sent.
