Inquiry and payment of apartment management fees (ft. Apartment I & Apartment Management Information System)
Are you checking the apartment management fee bill in your mailbox every month? These days, everyone checks mail such as bills through e-mail or mobile, so there is no need to go to the mailbox. Apartment maintenance bills can now be checked on mobile devices, so I often see a lot of unread mail piled up in my insignificant box. In the case of recently built apartment complexes, smart home services provide a mobile app that allows you to check the maintenance fee on your own. I’ll also look into how to look up the maintenance cost of not only the apartment I live in, but also the entire country, and compare the maintenance cost with other apartments. 아파트 관리비 조회

Apartment I Home Service
Apartment I is a website that allows you to view and pay management fees online. Linked to computer companies in 26,000 apartment complexes nationwide, residents can quickly and conveniently inquire and pay management fees by entering the building and number of the apartment and signing up. Please refer to the website link of Apartment Eye below, and I will take a look at a more convenient mobile app service.
☞ Go to the website of Apartment I
First of all, if you download the ‘Apartment I’ app from the Google Play Store and run the app, the [Find Our Apartment] menu appears. If your apartment is a non-affiliated apartment with Apartment I, you cannot use the maintenance fee service on the Apartment I site. So, first search for the apartment you live in from the [Find Our Apartment] menu, and if it is an affiliate apartment that can use the Apartment I management fee service, you can use it after registering as a member. Please note that it is not possible to register multiple apartment information with one ID information.
After searching for the apartment name and entering the building and number of the apartment you are living in, you can inquire about the apartment management fee you have to pay after completing membership registration. It also displays the increase and decrease in maintenance fees compared to the previous month, and it is very convenient that you can check and pay maintenance fees in Apartment I.
In addition, ‘Apartment Cash’, which is a point that can be used like cash within the Apartment I website, can be collected and used when paying management fees. There are two ways to collect Apartment Cash as follows.
In the case of receiving apartment cash (coupon) after participating in the Apartment I event (including partner events)
How to convert S-Oil/Net Point/Survey Link/Happy Money points, which are affiliated with Apartment Eye, into cash

Apartment management information system
In accordance with Article 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Apartment Housing Management Act, the apartment management information system discloses the management costs of apartment houses with 300 or more households, elevator or central (local) heating type apartments with 150 or more households, and residential/commercial apartments with 150 or more households. By disclosing 47 items, including common management costs, you can check the details of management costs, compare and verify management costs by item with similar complexes, so you can check in advance how much maintenance costs you will pay for your new apartment, as well as check whether the management costs of your apartment are being managed transparently and how much the management costs are different from those of similar complexes.
☞ Go to the apartment management information system
After clicking [Management Fee Information – Our Complex Management Fee], enter the month and address of the management fee, and the list of apartments will appear. As an example, I checked Jamsil Parkrio Apartment in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
As shown in the figure, you can check the common management fee, individual usage fee, and long-term repair allowance for Jamsil Parkrio Apartment. It is not shown in the figure, but if you scroll to the right, you can check the common maintenance cost by floor plan.
One of the useful features of the apartment management information system is that you can compare the maintenance costs of two apartment complexes. We compared the maintenance costs of the Jamsil Park Rio apartment in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, as an example, and the Jamsil The Sharp Star Park residential-commercial complex in the same neighborhood.
Comparing the same size range of 135㎡, it can be confirmed that since Jamsil The Sharp Star Park is a residential-commercial complex, much more common management fees and long-term repair allowances are imposed. Can you see the difference just by looking at the graph? Apartment maintenance costs account for a fairly large portion of living expenses, and you can compare each complex like this, so you can use the information usefully in advance when choosing a new apartment to move into later.
