1. Introduction of Air France Airlines
Founded in 1933, Air France is the national airline of France and operates 32 domestic routes and 153 routes in 91 overseas countries.
In 2003, the national airline of the Netherlands merged with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines to become part of the Air France-KLM group, making it Europe’s largest airline.
It is a founding member of the SkyTeam airline alliance along with Korean Air, and is ranked 10th in the Skytrax airline rankings announced in 2021, boasting a high level of service, but is famous for frequent flight delays to Korean travelers. Plus, lost or damaged luggage is notorious.
In July 1983, it is also the first airline to fly to Korea among European airlines.

Above, we looked at the Air France customer center phone number, operation hours for each business, baggage regulations, and how to transport pets. It is an airline from a different culture, and there may be differences in operating policies, so it seems that Koreans may feel uncomfortable using it. Frequent delays, changes, and flight cancellations also frustrate travelers. If you consider these points in advance and plan your schedule, you will be able to use it more conveniently.
